Before you choose furniture pieces for your baby’s first room, we recommend ordering free fabric or wood swatches to help you decide! to order your missing or damaged parts.

For items that arrive to you in less than perfect condition, we will replace at no cost to you, or issue a refund. To help us assess the issue, please submit details and photographs.

FAQ

Return/Exchange Eligibility

Items must be sent back in new condition to qualify for a refund. All returns will incur a restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling. If the product is modified in any way, your item will be ineligible for return.

Items ineligible for return/exchange:- All Bedding by Babyletto products including sheets, blankets, wall decals, changing pad covers, and items marked as final sale.

Eligible items purchased from Babyletto.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise noted. Additional guidelines may apply**.

** For returns on bundled products, all pieces from the bundle must be returned at the customer’s expense for a refund minus the above restocking fee after proper inspection for damages. Individual pieces from any bundle order will not be accepted and cannot be returned for a partial refund.

Return/Exchange Policy

To start a return or an exchange, please use the portal below. After you initiate your return/exchange through the Returns Center, you will receive instructions, RMA (return merchandise authorization number) and updates through email. Please include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product's original packaging. Also include a copy of your packing slip and print out of RMA# with your return shipment.

If you choose your own method of return and the item is lost or damaged in transit, we will not issue a refund. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance. Return shipments received without an RMA# will not qualify for a credit.

For exchanges: Your new order will ship out after we receive your returned item. An email confirmation will be sent when we have processed your returned item, and then a new tracking email will be sent.

Southern California customers may be able to return products directly to our Pico Rivera warehouse. Please contact us for details.
