Gift Card Terms & Conditions

The following describes the terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) that apply to use of any physical or digital Babyletto gift cards, Merchandise Return Cards, and Promotional Cards (collectively, “Gift Cards”). By purchasing, accepting, or using your Gift Card, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with this Agreement, do not purchase, use, or accept the Gift Card. Your purchase and acceptance of this Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. BABYLETTO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME. 

Babyletto Gift Cards are issued by and represent an obligation of Bexco Enterprises, Inc. (“Company”). Gift Cards may be redeemable for merchandise or at Babyletto stores in the contiguous United States and online at Babyletto.com . Gift Cards are for personal use only. Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash or applied as payment to any account or returned unless required by law. In the event a purchase made with a Gift Card is returned, the original Gift Card will be credited first. The Gift Card may not be used to purchase another Gift Card or toward previously purchased merchandise. Discount codes cannot be used on the purchase of Gift Cards.

Babyletto does not accept responsibility for cards lost, damaged or stolen, or any unauthorized use. Babyletto reserves the right to refuse to honor any Gift Card in the event of a disputed credit card charge or other failure of consideration. Unauthorized resale of Gift Cards is prohibited.

In the event you do not use your Gift Card for a certain period of time, the Company may be required to turn over the remaining Gift Card balance to a state under such state’s unclaimed or abandoned property law. Although your Gift Card does not expire, if the Company is obligated to turn over the remaining balance of your Gift Card under a state’s unclaimed property law, by operation of law, the Company will be released from any further liability or obligation with respect to your Gift Card and you may be required to contact the state’s unclaimed property administrator to attempt to recover your unused Gift Card balance.
