Do gift cards have an expiration date?
Gift cards do not expire. However, in the event you do not use your gift card for a certain period of time, we may be required to turn over the remaining gift card balance to a state under such state’s unclaimed or abandoned property law. See full Terms & Conditions
Can I redeem my gift card for cash?
Gift cards are only redeemable for merchandise on Babyletto.com
I lost my gift card email – what do I do?
Please contact customer service and provide the original purchaser’s full name and email. Our team can retrigger the gift card email to resend to the original email address. Only the remaining balance of a gift card will remain if a gift card is resent.
Why can’t the store provide me the full gift card code?
Gift card codes are considered currency, so only the customer can see the full gift card code.
Can I return a gift card I purchased or received?
Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Can I cancel my gift card order?
Gift cards are fulfilled instantly and cannot be canceled or refunded.
I need to return a purchase made with a gift card – how will I receive my refund?
Full refunds will be issued back to the original gift card, as well as any other payment methods used. For partial refunds, the credit cards or debit card will be issued the refund first, and any remaining balance will be returned to the gift card(s). Refunds back to gift cards cannot exceed original gift card amount.
Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?
Yes, gift cards may be combined with a discount code. Multiple gift cards can also be used in a single transaction.
Can I apply discounts when purchasing a gift card?
Discounts codes and on-site promotions cannot be applied to gift card purchase. This includes military discount codes, trade discount codes, and all promotional discount codes.
Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
CanI use multiple gift cards in one purchase?
Yes, you can apply multiple gift cards at checkout.
Can gift cards be reloaded?
Once a gift card is used up, no more funds may be added back to the card and a new gift card will need to be issued. In the event that an order paid for by a gift card is returned, then the original amount will be reissued to the gift card.
Can I use Accrue or Affirm to purchase a gift card?
You may use Accrue to crowdfund for a gift card. Once funds are accumulated, you may use it to purchase a gift card or any other item on our store. Learn more here.
At this time, Affirm is not available to use on gift cards.
Can gift cards be applied to third party add-ons, such as Extend warranty purchases or Route packaging protection?
Yes, gift cards apply to your entire order.
I received a babyletto gift, can I return it for a gift card?
At this time we are unable to issue gift cards for gift purchases. If your order is within our 30 day policy, and you have your original order number or ship to address that matches your order, we are happy to initiate a one-time exchange of your product. Exchanges for higher priced items will incur additional costs. Please see our Return & Exchange policy here
