Where we ship to

Babyletto.com ships to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US Territories, or international destinations.

Shipping times quoted include:

  • 1 business day where your order will be processed and prepared for shipment
  • Orders received by 11:30AM PST will ship the same business day
  • Orders received after 11:30AM will ship the next business day
  • Tracking information is sent directly to our system within 24 hours from when the carrier picks up the order at our warehouse


    Shipping charges are dependent on the total price of your order. Please see our Shipping Policy for a full list of our shipping rates.

    Most orders will be shipped via UPS. Delivery time is 2-7 business days. No signature is required for this delivery. Our smallest packages (bedding, wood swatches) ship via FedEx SmartPost with the final delivery handled by USPS. Delivery time for these orders is about 7-10 business days.

    Items that are made available for pre-order will be shipped once stock becomes available. Please note that while every effort is made to make the product available in the timeline quoted when ordering, this may vary due to stock availability. You will be notified by email when your item has shipped.

    Orders including oversized items (assembled dressers or purchases with multiple furniture pieces) will be shipped by a large parcel carrier. These carriers will unload your shipment from the truck and take it to the first available dry area outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). You will then be responsible for further transport beyond that point. A signature may be required for your area, in which case the carrier will contact you to make an appointment. When applicable, please make note of any issues on the paperwork. Delivery time for these orders is 3-4 weeks unless otherwise stated. Final local delivery to your home may extend past the ETA date on your shipping confirmation. Requested weekend appointments may incure additional fees.

      Shipping charges are dependent on the total price of your order, and may be up to 5% of the total value of your cart.

      Orders under $300 ship at a flat rate of $10. Please note that rates are subject to change; please check the rate before finalizing your order.

      Select items may also require an additional "Oversize Fee" due to the extra handling required for delivery. This charge is noted when you add your item to cart.

      An automated tracking email will be sent to the email address submitted with the order.


      While placing your order, please check that your shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

      Items may ship from different warehouses. Items ordered together are not always shipped together and may arrive at different times.

      Cancelling or Modifying Orders

      We pride ourselves on our ability to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but as a result it may not be possible to cancel your order, as it may have already been processed through our warehouse.

      If your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. We'll issue your refund right away, but it may take 10 - 12 business days to reflect on your statements.

      Any orders that are unable to be cancelled will have to be treated as a return and the customer will be responsible for all applicable fees.
