Important Update About COVID-19

We have been advised that we have clearance to proceed with normal contact in home deliveries. Carriers understand the importance of safe delivery in light of the developing situation with COVID-19. Therefore, carriers are taking the following steps to ensure that this is the case:

• If a Carrier representative has confirmed first-hand exposure to the COVID-19 coronavirus, they will not report to work for any reason. They will get tested as appropriate, self¬quarantine while awaiting results and follow all medical direction thereafter.
• Any employee who is sick will stay home, even if they have not contracted COVID-19.
• All non-essential business travel has been suspended.
• All personnel who can perform their work remotely are working from home.


Conditions still in place

• Services will resume where possible and with the consent of the final consumer
• The consignee may elect to decline Room of Choice service and instead receive delivery to threshold or garage area
• Should a Consignee refuse delivery (including a downgraded service), the shipper will be held liable for any additional fees including storage fees
• If a consignee does not want to sign the POD (Proof of Delivery), the driver will make a note on their behalf. As always it is CRITICAL that the consignee notifies the driver of any visible damage
• Drivers reserve the right to limit delivery to the garage area if they believe their personal safety may be compromised by entering the residence (reason for any service change will be documented by the driver)
• Should a service level be downgraded by the carrier, Freight Club will reimburse the difference in service level cost

Babyletto.com ships to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US Territories, or international destinations.

  • 1 business day where your order will be processed and prepared for shipment
  • Orders received by 11:30AM PST will ship the same business day
  • Orders received after 11:30AM will ship the next business day
  • Tracking information is sent directly to our system within 24 hours from when the carrier picks up the order at our warehouse

    Large parcel service / room of choice

    Orders including Assembled Dressers or Multiple Furniture Pieces will be shipped by a large parcel carrier and includes Room of Choice Delivery.

    Our Room of Choice delivery features a skilled delivery team that will bring your items inside, and place them in the room of your choosing. Option is only available for orders of 4 or more furniture goods. Upstairs carrying limit of two flights of stairs (up to 15 steps each). Freight Elevators for apartments are okay.

    Debris removal and assembly is not included in this service.

    A signature may be required for your area, in which case the carrier will contact you to make an appointment. Unsuccessful delivery attempts within the agreed appointment time may incur an additional fee. When applicable, please make note of any issues on the paperwork.

    Delivery time for these orders is 5-12 business days unless otherwise stated. Final local delivery to your home may extend past the ETA date on your shipping confirmation.

    Smartpost Details

    Our smallest packages (wood swatches) ship via Smart Post. The final delivery is handled by USPS.

    Delivery time for these orders is about 7-10 business days..

    No signature is required upon delivery for Small Parcel or Smart Post. Unfortunately, we are unable to upgrade the shipping service or speed.

      Tracking

      An automated tracking email will be sent to the email address submitted with the order.

      Important

      While placing your order, please check that your shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

      Items may ship from different warehouses. Items ordered together are not always shipped together and may arrive at different times.

      Cancelling or Modifying Orders

      We pride ourselves on our ability to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but as a result it may not be possible to cancel your order, as it may have already been processed through our warehouse.

      If your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. We'll issue your refund right away, but it may take 10 - 12 business days to reflect on your statements.

      Any orders that are unable to be cancelled will have to be treated as a return and the customer will be responsible for all applicable fees.
