Babyletto.com ships to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US Territories, or international destinations.

Up to 2 business days where your order will be processed and prepared for shipment.

Tracking information is sent directly to our system within 24 hours from when the carrier picks up the order at our warehouse.

We are not able to expedite shipments or offer guarantee delivery dates on parcel packages.

What is Large Parcel or Room of Choice?

Large Parcel / Room of Choice

Orders including Assembled Dressers will be shipped by a large parcel carrier and includes Room of Choice Delivery.

Our Room of Choice delivery features a skilled delivery team that will bring your items inside, and place them in the room of your choosing. Upstairs carrying limit of two flights of stairs (up to 15 steps each). Freight Elevators for apartments are okay.

Debris removal and assembly is not included in this service.

A signature may be required for your area, in which case the carrier will contact you to make an appointment. Unsuccessful delivery attempts within the agreed appointment time may incur an additional fee. When applicable, please make note of any issues on the paperwork.

Delivery time for these orders is 10-20 business days unless otherwise stated. Final local delivery to your home may extend past the ETA date on your shipping confirmation.

Tracking & Orders

Tracking Notification

An automated tracking email will be sent to the email address submitted with the order.

While placing your order, please check that your shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

Items may ship from different warehouses. Items ordered together are not always shipped together and may arrive at different times.

Cancelling or Modifying Orders

If your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. We'll issue your refund right away, but it may take 10 - 12 business days to reflect on your statements.

Any orders that are unable to be cancelled will have to be treated as a return and the customer will be responsible for all applicable fees.

Note that we can't redirect orders once they already on their way to you. Please check that your order and shipping address are correct when placing your order.

Return/Exchange Eligibility

If you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact the retailer your purchased from within the retailer's return window. If you purchased directly from babyletto.com, please contact us within 30 days.

If you have had your product for less than a year, please fill out this parts form to order your missing or damaged parts. 

For products over a year old, please visit our parts store to purchase your missing or damaged parts.

Items must be sent back in new condition and in original packaging to qualify for a refund. Please do not modify the product in any way. Some of our products are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged.

Items ineligible for return/exchange:- All Bedding by Babyletto products including bedding, blankets, wall decals, changing pad covers, and final sale items.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed up to 30 days from day of receipt for all eligible* items. To exchange a product for a product of less or equivalent value, please follow the below Babyletto.com Return Policy, then place a new order for the correct item. Please be sure to notify our MDB representative that you would like to process an exchange (see below). Your new order will ship out within 2 business days. When the returned products are received and have passed inspection, you will receive a full refund from the original order (less the cost of shipping and restocking fee) after the new order has been confirmed. An email confirmation will be sent when the refund has been issued.

If return item is lost or damaged in transit, we will not issue a refund. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

Return Policy

Eligible* items purchased from Babyletto.com may be returned with a valid RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise noted. Additional guidelines may apply**.

To obtain a RMA# please email shop@babyletto.com provide the following information:

1. Order number

2. Date your package was received

3. Reason for the return (Exchange, damage, incorrect purchase…etc.)

If the product was assembled:

Products must be inspected and if damaged, reported to us within 14 days of receipt to ensure efficient processing of your parts request

Once you receive your RMA# with instructions and address of where to send your return, include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product's original packaging. Also include a copy of your packing slip and RMA# with your return shipment.

If return item is lost or damaged in transit, we will not issue a refund. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

A 25% restocking and handling fee will be applied to any opened items that have been partially or fully assembled, based on the total amount billed. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from delivery location for any returned product. Return shipments received without an RMA will not qualify for a credit. If the box has not been opened, the 25% restocking fee will be waived.

Southern California customers may be able to return products directly to our Pico Rivera warehouse. Please contact us for details.

** For returns on bundled products, all pieces from the bundle must be returned at the customer’s expense for a refund minus the above restocking fee after proper inspection for damages. Individual pieces from any bundle order will not be accepted and cannot be returned for a partial refund.

Carbon Conscious

Carbon Conscious Shipping

Carbon emissions from shipping every Babyletto online order are offset through our shipping partner, Freight Club. Freight Club are planting trees now with One Tree Planted to begin reducing carbon emissions. In two years time, once these trees have matured they will help absorb carbon dioxide. 

What is carbon offsetting?

“Carbon offsetting” means balancing the CO2 that is emitted during the shipping process with a positive environmental impact that absorbs the same amount of carbon emitted.

Why plant trees?

Trees help cool the planet by filtering harmful greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide and releasing oxygen back into the atmosphere. A mature tree absorbs carbon dioxide at a rate of 48 pounds per year. In one year, an acre of forest can absorb twice the CO2 produced by the average car's annual mileage.
