Buy with confidence. We want you to love your Babyletto product. But if you’re having second thoughts, we understand too and will do everything needed to help. If you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact the retailer you purchased from if you are within the retailer's return window.
If you purchased directly from babyletto.com, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be sent back in new condition and in original packaging with all components, to qualify for a refund. Please do not modify the product in any way.
Some of our products are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged.*
We are also pleased to offer a one-time exchange on the original item from your order, if eligible. However, please note that any additional exchanges will not be granted, and our normal return policy will apply.

Received A Damaged Item
Received a damaged item or missing a piece? We can send you free replacement parts! Please start your request by visiting our parts page HERE. For items that arrive to you in less than perfect condition, we will send you replacement pieces at no cost to you. To help us assess the issue, please submit details and photographs of the item and the packaging.

We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item. In such cases, we are pleased to offer a one-time exchange on the original item from your order. However, please note that any additional exchanges will not be granted, and our normal return policy will apply.
To qualify for a refund, we kindly ask that the items be in new condition. If a product is modified in any way, it will be ineligible for return.·

** For returns on bundled products: If an item from a bundle is returned, you will forfeit the discount originally applied to all the items in the bundle. Items in a bundle are eligible for a one-time exchange with the exception of Final Sale items & Newton Baby mattresses.
Return/Exchange Policy +
When you receive your item, please keep the original packaging until you know you will not need to make to a return or exchange. Having this packaging will greatly simplify your return process. If you do need to initiate a return or an exchange, please click HERE.
After your return/exchange request has been accepted, you will receive your return label and instructions via email. Be sure to remove any existing shipping labels from the box prior to shipping it back. Please include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product's original packaging. Return shipments received without first using the return portal linked above will not qualify for a credit.
For Exchanges: We are pleased to offer seamless exchanges for your order. Your new order will ship out after we receive your returned item. An email confirmation will be sent when we have processed your returned item, and then a new tracking email will be sent.
For Returns: If your return is received in the condition stated above, you can expect to receive a refund within 3-5 days after it has been delivered back to our facilities, which allows our team to inspect your return.
What is Free Returns Coverage?
We now offer return protection for all orders called Redo, which you can purchase at checkout. If you purchase Return Coverage with your order, your return shipping label will be covered for eligible items. Return coverage covers all items in the cart, so you do not need to purchase return coverage for each item.*
If you choose not to buy return coverage, you can still process a return in the portal above, but you will need to cover the cost of the return shipping label which will be approximately 20% of the retail value of the item.
Free returns coverage must follow all guidelines listed within our return policy. Items must be returned within the designated return window. To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, items must be in new condition, with original packaging, and with all tags attached. Final-sale and special discounted items are not eligible for free returns.

Return/Exchange Policy
All returns will incur a 20% return fee that will be deducted from your refund.
To initiate a return or an exchange, please fill in our request form found here Return & Exchange Form. After your return/exchange request has been accepted, you will receive instructions, RMA (return merchandise authorization number) and updates through email. Please include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product's original packaging. Also include a copy of your packing slip and print out of the RMA# with your return shipment.
If you choose your own method of return and the item is lost or damaged in transit, we will not issue a refund. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance. Return shipments received without an RMA# will not qualify for a credit.
