Returns & Exchanges

If you don't love your purchase, don't worry, we are here to help! You can initiate a return or exchange up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

Received a damaged item or missing a piece? We can send you free replacement parts.
Please start your request by visiting our parts page

Please review the policy below, then click on our Returns & Exchange Form to initiate your return or exchange with the following information:

1. Order number
2. Date your package was received
3. Reason for the return (Exchange, damage, incorrect purchase…etc.)
4. If the product was assembled: Products must be inspected and if damaged, reported to us within 14 days of receipt to ensure efficient processing of your parts request
5. Item Name

Please note that all returns will incur a 20% return fee which will be deducted from your refund.

For items that arrive to you in less than perfect condition, we will send you replacement pieces at no cost to you. To help us assess the issue, please submit details and photographs of the item and the packaging.

If you are looking to exchange an item you received as a gift and do not have the order number and original contact email, please provide details when submitting the Returns & Exchange Form.


Return/Exchange Eligibility

Items must be in new condition to qualify for a refund. Babyletto mattresses must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible to be returned. All returns will incur a 20% return fee that will be deducted from your refund. If the product is modified in any way, your item will be ineligible for return.

Items ineligible for return/exchange:

  • All Bedding by Babyletto products including sheets, blankets, wall decals, changing pad covers
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Newton Baby Mattresses
  • Gift Cards

Eligible items purchased from may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise noted. Additional guidelines may apply**.

** For returns on bundled products, all pieces from the bundle must be returned for a refund minus the above return fee, after proper inspection for damages. Individual pieces from any bundle order will not be accepted and cannot be returned for a partial refund.

Return/Exchange Policy

All returns will incur a 20% return fee that will be deducted from your refund.

To initiate a return or an exchange, please fill in our request form found here Return & Exchange Form. After your return/exchange request has been accepted, you will receive instructions, RMA (return merchandise authorization number) and updates through email. Please include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product's original packaging. Also include a copy of your packing slip and print out of the RMA# with your return shipment.

If you choose your own method of return and the item is lost or damaged in transit, we will not issue a refund. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance. Return shipments received without an RMA# will not qualify for a credit.

For exchanges: Your new order will ship out after we receive your returned item. An email confirmation will be sent when we have processed your returned item, and then a new tracking email will be sent.
