1. Order number
2. Date your package was received
3. Reason for the return (Exchange, damage, incorrect purchase…etc.)
4. If the product was assembled: Products must be inspected and if damaged, reported to us within 14 days of receipt to ensure efficient processing of your parts request
5. Item Name
Please note that all returns will incur a 20% return fee which will be deducted from your refund.
For items that arrive to you in less than perfect condition, we will send you replacement pieces at no cost to you. To help us assess the issue, please submit details and photographs of the item and the packaging.
We are also pleased to offer a one-time exchange on the original item from your order. However, please note that any additional exchanges will not be granted, and our normal return policy will apply.
If you are looking to exchange an item you received as a gift and do not have the order number and original contact email, please provide details when submitting the Returns & Exchange Form.

Return/Exchange Eligibility
We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item. In such cases, we are pleased to
offer a one-time exchange on the original item from your order. However, please note that any additional exchanges will not be granted, and our normal return policy will apply.
To qualify for a refund, we kindly ask that the items be in new condition. For Babyletto
mattresses, they must remain unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
Please be informed that a 20% return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the costs associated with processing the return. If a product is modified in any way, it will be ineligible for return.
Items ineligible for return/exchange:
- All Bedding by Babyletto products including sheets, blankets, wall decals, changing pad covers
- Items marked as final sale.
- Newton Baby Mattresses
- Gift Cards
Eligible items purchased from Babyletto.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise noted. Additional guidelines may apply**.
** For returns on bundled products: If an item from a bundle is returned, you will forfeit the discount originally applied to all the items in the bundle. Items in a bundle are eligible for a one-time exchange with the exception of final sale & Newton Baby mattresses.
Return/Exchange Policy
All returns will incur a 20% return fee that will be deducted from your refund.
To initiate a return or an exchange, please fill in our request form found here Return & Exchange Form. After your return/exchange request has been accepted, you will receive instructions, RMA (return merchandise authorization number) and updates through email. Please include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product's original packaging. Also include a copy of your packing slip and print out of the RMA# with your return shipment.
If you choose your own method of return and the item is lost or damaged in transit, we will not issue a refund. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance. Return shipments received without an RMA# will not qualify for a credit.
For exchanges: We are pleased to offer a one-time exchange on the original item from your order. Your new order will ship out after we receive your returned item. An email confirmation will be sent when we have processed your returned item, and then a new tracking email will be sent.
However, please note that any additional exchanges will not be granted, and our normal return policy will apply.
