Most orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Delivery time is 4-8 business days. No signature is required for this delivery.
Orders including oversized items (assembled dressers and select seating) will be shipped by a large parcel carrier. A signature may be required for your area, in which case the carrier will contact you to make an appointment. Delivery time for these orders is 10-20 business days unless otherwise stated.

CANCELLING OR MODIFYING ORDERS
To request a cancellation, please use the cancellation link on your order confirmation email. We pride ourselves on our ability to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but as a result it may not be possible to cancel your order if it has already been processed through our warehouse.

The only criticism I have is when you purchase an item as a gift and can't return it because your outside of the 30 day window. I purchased the wrong item, the package was unopened, the mistake was found out once ALL items were received, but it was too late to return the dresser. Also, because isn't any actual time frame on shipping it is basically up in the air as to when you will receive something. The set was purchased for my daughter and given to her at her baby shower, then discovered it would not work in her nursery and had to do an exchange. But couldn't for the dresser which was too large. We ended up having to purchase another one. Just might want to relax the rules for gifts, especially when unopened.

Great product. Easy to assemble. We love the options of growing this product with the babies needs. Whether itâs the bassinet, Midi, crib or toddler bed, we love the flexibility. Perfect sleep system for our baby!
