Orders including oversized items (assembled dressers and select seating) will be shipped by a large parcel carrier. I absolutely love this nursery chair because of the electric recliner which makes it easy to get in and out after a feeding. And the rocking feature is perfect to sleep baby. It's also perfect for taking some snoozes after pumping. My only regret is that I didn't get it in the shearling material which would have been perfect for the now cooler weather.

I am very disappointed in this chair. Right out of the box, I noticed that one arm rest and the side piece were smashed and thinner than the other. I set the chair up and it is not symmetrical because of that. I didn't complain because the chair is so heavy I didn't want to deal with sending it back. We wanted it for comfort and function anyways.
We've been using the chair now for 6 months and it squeaks so loudly when rocking that we can't even use it to put baby to sleep anymore because it wakes her up.
We got the almond teddy color, which at the time was more expensive. After just 6 months of careful use it is looking so worn and awful.
