Barely started using it and came apart
We barely started putting things this dresser for baby’s arrival and upon opening the sides a few times it quite literally fell off and came apart. Feels cheap and you can tell it was not secured very well. Waiting on customer service but delivery was a nightmare as they ruined my rug and just leave the huge box in a room for you to unpack and dispose of so not looking forwarded to whatever resolution occurs.

Poor assembly
My wife and I purchased this dresser about a month ago and have had it in the house for about two weeks. I will say that it came packaged very well and the material is solid. I gave it only three stars due to the poor assembly. Multiple of the screws holding the guide rails on the dresser drawers were stripped and had wood chunks brake off. It looks like someone was in a hurry to assemble it. I had to use after market screws to figure out a solution but given the cost of the dresser I would have expected a better quality of assembly
