We’ve received two full units (the original purchase and a full replacement) plus three replacement drawers. If you’re keeping track that is a total of 9 drawers and every single one of them is missing hardware, not fully assembled, damaged, or otherwise completely useless. If you want to spend $2k (dresser plus delivery fees) for a carpentry project, this is the dresser for you. Customer service is nice and will send you parts and replacements (that are also damaged and useless), but now you’ll have a house full of broken furniture because they just dump it all at your house and leave it. They need to seriously get a new manufacturer and QC department, like a clean sweep because this is a joke. They use scrap wood cutoffs from other furniture for some of the internal structure assembly. They can’t even be bothered to color match it. I should add that all the furniture we have bought from babyletto, not just this dresser has arrived flawed so it is a systemic issue. If a carpentry project and a new baby doesn’t sound like fun to you, stay away from this garbage and buy your nursery furniture from somewhere else.

My wife and I purchased this dresser about a month ago and have had it in the house for about two weeks. I will say that it came packaged very well and the material is solid. I gave it only three stars due to the poor assembly. Multiple of the screws holding the guide rails on the dresser drawers were stripped and had wood chunks brake off. It looks like someone was in a hurry to assemble it. I had to use after market screws to figure out a solution but given the cost of the dresser I would have expected a better quality of assembly
