Most orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Delivery time is 4-8 business days. No signature is required for this delivery.
Orders including oversized items (assembled dressers and select seating) will be shipped by a large parcel carrier. A signature may be required for your area, in which case the carrier will contact you to make an appointment. Delivery time for these orders is 10-20 business days unless otherwise stated.

To request a cancellation, please use the cancellation link on your order confirmation email. We pride ourselves on our ability to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but as a result it may not be possible to cancel your order if it has already been processed through our warehouse.

This seems to be a great quality dresser. It was very easy to assemble. I just wish it had a soft closure. Especially, since it's advertised as a nursery dresser.
The dresser is fantastic, but one thing I am looking to do to improve. It is put some wood glue on the drawers. They wiggle left and right and have to push from the center to close the drawer effectively.

Thank you for letting us know about the drawer movement. While we understand your desire to stabilize the drawers, we recommend against using wood glue as it could affect their functionality and may void the warranty.

I love this dresser as my wife can put all of my son's things in one dresser. The nursery was a mess before w/ open boxes, diapers, toys, and all the extra stuff my wife purchased. Now I can walk around in the nursery w/o stepping on anything. it was easy to assemble too.
Dresser took over 3hrs to assemble . Pretty, however the depth of the drawers down allow you to access the entire length which makes it challenging getting clothes out .
