Two months and two deliveries in and still waiting on a complete bed. The first arrived severely damaged, and the second arrived incomplete. So now we have random pieces of wood sitting in my child’s room, and instead of being contacted by Babyletto , we’ve had to make multiple calls ourselves to try to get the missing pieces. The unassembled pieces look nice, but shipping and service has been horrible.
